Our Concept Design process culminates in a comprehensive Concept Design Package that shows exactly what you want for your project. This package can easily be turn into working drawings and construction documents. We can provide source files (CAD files) for easy transfer of design intent. If the collaboration with your current designer stopped from different reasons and you want to continue your project with us, we would like to know this in advance.

- What information will you provide us?
The information received is important for us in influencing the working time and the costs.
o Sketches – scanned images of your freehand drawing.
o Reference images – if you have some reference images for your project from internet or mood boards.
o PDF files – portable document format.
o Location real pictures – these pictures will give us a faster understanding and feeling of the location of the future project.
o Scanned old drawings – used for renovation and modern house addition projects to existing buildings.
o CAD drawings – computer aided design drawings in any industry standard format. We will greatly appreciate if the drawings are in .dwg or .rvt format.
o As-built drawings - used for renovation and modern house addition projects to existing buildings.
o Other – any other information you consider important to us to consider and related to the project.
